The Trumpchi GS3 is positioned as a compact/sub-SUV. The design language of the Trumpchi GS3 has evolved, with the new generation “Speed ​​Shadow” series adopting a “Star Diamond Shadow” mecha style. Starting with the 2023 “Speed” series, the Trumpchi GS3’s dimensions are 4410mm in length (4446mm for the R-STYLE version), 1850mm in width, and 1600mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2650mm. Compared to earlier models (2560mm wheelbase), the interior space is significantly improved. The interior space is highly utilized, with a completely flat rear floor. The standard trunk capacity is 341 liters, which can be expanded to 1271 liters with the rear seats folded down, creating a 1.8-meter flat cargo space, making it highly practical. The currently sold “Speed” series is mainly equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged four-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 130 kW (177 hp) and a maximum torque of 270 Nm, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. This powertrain provides a top speed of 190 km/h and a WLTC combined fuel consumption of 6.18L/100km. The chassis uses a front-engine, front-wheel-drive configuration, with a MacPherson strut independent front suspension and a torsion beam non-independent rear suspension.

The infotainment system is equipped with the ADiGO intelligent driving and connectivity ecosystem, supporting intelligent voice control, OTA updates, customized navigation via Gaode Maps, and integrating a Level 2 intelligent driving assistance system. Higher-spec models also offer comfort features such as heated front seats, power-adjustable driver’s seat, wireless phone charging, and 32-color ambient lighting.
