The Changan UNI-V adopts a “futuristic avant-garde sporty aesthetic” design language, featuring a shark-nose bionic grille or borderless grille at the front, paired with sharp LED headlights for a highly aggressive look. The side profile features a fastback design, with a 0.78 golden height-to-width ratio creating a low-slung stance and a drag coefficient as low as 0.27Cd. The rear is equipped with a continuous taillight and a class-exclusive intelligent electric retractable rear wing (automatically rises at speeds exceeding 90km/h, providing 270N of downforce). Some models feature a dual exhaust layout with four outlets, exuding a sporty feel. In terms of dimensions, the third-generation model measures 4740×1838×1430mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2750mm.

The model offers two powertrain options, both belonging to Changan’s intelligent new Blue Whale 3.0 powertrain system:

1.5T engine: Utilizing 500Bar ultra-high pressure direct injection technology, it delivers a maximum power of 141kW (192 hp) and a peak torque of 310N·m, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. WLTC combined fuel consumption is approximately 6.0-6.42L/100km.

2.0T engine: The new generation Blue Whale 2.0T engine, with a maximum power of 180kW (245 hp) and a peak torque of 400N·m, paired with an Aisin 8-speed automatic transmission. The official 0-100km/h acceleration time is 6.3 seconds, and the WLTC combined fuel consumption is 7.11L/100km. All models come standard with a SUPER RACE track mode, and some 2.0T models also offer variable exhaust sound and paddle shifters.

The interior features a wraparound cockpit design with a clean layout. The third-generation model is equipped with a dual-screen system called “Sky Mirror,” consisting of a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 14.6-inch central control screen, supporting continuous wake-up-free voice interaction. Some models offer integrated racing seats, suede upholstery, and an 18-speaker Dolby Atmos system. Thanks to its 2750mm wheelbase, rear passenger space meets family needs. As a 5-door, 5-seat hatchback, it boasts a large trunk opening for flexible loading. In terms of intelligent features, all models come standard with a Level 2 intelligent driving assistance system, including IACC integrated adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and active braking, and are equipped with a 540° high-definition panoramic imaging system (including a transparent chassis). Safety is its core advantage, featuring a “Cage” high-strength body with over 70% high-strength steel, reaching a maximum strength of 1500MPa. All models come standard with 6 airbags and have received excellent ratings in C-IASI crash tests.
