The GAC AION i60 is a compact new energy vehicle positioned as a “national extended-range five-seater SUV,” offering both range-extended and pure electric powertrains. With its core strengths of extended range, superior space, and high cost-effectiveness, it precisely meets the core needs of families for anxiety-free travel and practicality.

The AION i60 adopts a brand-new minimalist design language. The front features a closed grille, paired with a continuous LED light strip and split headlights, flanked by vertical air intakes, resulting in a rugged and technologically advanced overall look. The side profile is sleek, featuring semi-concealed door handles and a floating roof design. The rear is equipped with a continuous taillight assembly, offering high recognizability. The vehicle’s dimensions are 4685×1854×1660mm (length×width×height), with a wheelbase of 2775mm.
The AION i60 offers two powertrain options: range-extended and pure electric, which is its biggest highlight.
Range-Extended Version: Equipped with GAC Xingyuan’s range-extended system, consisting of a 1.5L dedicated range-extended engine (101 hp) and a front-mounted single motor (maximum power 180kW, peak torque 280N·m). It features a 29 kWh battery, providing a pure electric range of 210km and a combined range of up to 1240km. It supports 3C fast charging, charging from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes. Fuel consumption is 5.5L/100km when the battery is depleted. Pure Electric Version: Offers two range options. The standard CLTC version has a range of 530km with a maximum motor power of 150kW; the long-range CLTC version has a range of 650km with a maximum motor power of 165kW. It also supports 3C fast charging. The chassis uses a front MacPherson strut and rear multi-link independent suspension, improving driving comfort and stability.

The interior features a warm, homey style, offering three color options: oatmeal white, warm velvet light brown, and Tahitian gray, with extensive use of soft-touch materials. The center console features a dual-screen setup consisting of an 8.88-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen, equipped with an AI intelligent voice system and supporting CarLink/HiCar connectivity. A column-mounted gear selector frees up space in the central tunnel. Space is a core advantage; the 2775mm wheelbase provides a ride experience comparable to a B-segment car, with ample rear legroom and a completely flat floor. The trunk has a standard capacity of 416L-480L, expanding to 1260L with the rear seats folded down. The vehicle also features a large 14.5L glove box and other ample storage space.
